-Responsible for end to end recruitment for Shalina India operations (HO & Plants).
-Design and develop job descriptions for new positions.
-Managing the recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from different sources like Job portal, Business Networking, Referrals, Head Hunting, Interview Drives , Consultants. Screening profiles, Interview coordination, Document collection, HR round , Reference checks & background verification, Offer negotiation, Offer released, Pre-employment medical checkup, Offer released, Onboarding & Induction of new hires.
